Description

An indulgently delicious treat combining crunchy pretzels, smooth chocolate, and sweet caramel, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pretzels
  • 11 oz Kraft caramel
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the melted chocolate evenly over the lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the pretzels over the melted chocolate, pressing them down gently.
  5. In another bowl, combine the Kraft caramels and heavy cream and microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  7. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  9. Chill in the fridge until set or let it sit at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  10. Once set, chop the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. In hot climates, refrigerate to keep intact, but note that texture may change.
