Description

A creamy and delicious Rocky Road ice cream with chocolate, marshmallows, and almonds.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz heavy cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream on high speed for about 3 minutes until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat on high for an additional minute.
  3. Gradually mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds gently until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bread pan, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Notes

Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes before starting for better cream whipping. Customize your nuts as desired.
