- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Valentine’s Day heart-shaped molds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together in the microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the heart molds to cover the bottom and let it set in the refrigerator.
- Once the chocolate is firm, add a layer of peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, completely covering it.
- Chill until fully set, then remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor, and feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate.
