Description

Deliciously creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate treats shaped like hearts, perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Valentine’s Day heart-shaped molds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together in the microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the heart molds to cover the bottom and let it set in the refrigerator.
  4. Once the chocolate is firm, add a layer of peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, completely covering it.
  6. Chill until fully set, then remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor, and feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate.
