Description

A delightful layered dessert combining red velvet cake, creamy cheesecake filling, and crunchy Oreo pieces.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups red velvet cake, crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In serving glasses, add a layer of red velvet cake crumbles, followed by a layer of the cheesecake filling, and then a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
  5. Continue layering until your glasses are full, finishing with a layer of cheesecake filling and crushed Oreos on top.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top for added sweetness.
  7. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
