- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving glasses, add a layer of red velvet cake crumbles, followed by a layer of the cheesecake filling, and then a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
- Continue layering until your glasses are full, finishing with a layer of cheesecake filling and crushed Oreos on top.
- Optionally, sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top for added sweetness.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
