Description

Delicious Red Velvet Brownies combining the rich, velvety goodness of red velvet cake with fudgy brownie texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the granulated and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the red food coloring and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
