- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any flavor you love)
- ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
- 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (optional for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a 12 x 16-inch rectangle and cut it in half to create two rectangles.
- Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly on one of the rectangles.
- Place the second rectangle on top of the first and press down lightly.
- Cut the pastry into ½ inch wide strips and then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
- Pinch the ends of each strip and twist them.
- Place the twisted pastries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with coffee or tea. Drizzle extra jam on the side or garnish with fresh raspberries.
