Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts until smooth. Optionally add peanut butter for creaminess.
  3. Mix in the puffed quinoa until well combined and coated with chocolate.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet or into muffin tin slots. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
