- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup strawberry powder (or crushed freeze-dried strawberries)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and mix until all pieces are coated.
- In another bowl, combine the strawberry powder and powdered sugar.
- Add the cereal mixture to the strawberry mixture and gently toss until covered.
- Spread the coated puppy chow onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cool completely.
- Add sprinkles on top if desired.
- Once cooled, break the puppy chow into pieces and serve.
