Description

A delicious and customizable summer treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with fruits, nuts, and optional chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans) optional
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs optional

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts, and chocolate chips on top of the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until solid.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Choose full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess; store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
