A delicious and customizable summer treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with fruits, nuts, and optional chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans) optional
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs optional
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts, and chocolate chips on top of the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until solid.
- Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Choose full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess; store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
