- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine (220 grams)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (freshly cracked)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
- Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
- Extra honey drizzle
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin puree, 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve the whipped feta dip in a bowl, garnished with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, a drizzle of honey, and additional black pepper.
- Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
Taste as you go to adjust sweetness with honey. Great for making ahead of time to enhance flavor.
