Description

A seasonal twist on the classic Rice Krispies treats, infused with pumpkin pie spice for a delightful autumn treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add in the marshmallows and pumpkin pie spice, stirring constantly until completely melted and combined.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan using a spatula or wax paper.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best taste. Enjoy within a couple of days.
