- 1 cup brewed chai tea
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Optional: 1/4 cup rum or other alcohol
Instructions
- Brew the chai tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled chai mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with ground cinnamon and cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
