Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed chai tea
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1/4 cup rum or other alcohol

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled chai mixture and layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dust the top with ground cinnamon and cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
