A cozy blend of chocolatey goodness and pumpkin spice, these fudgy brownies are perfect for fall.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture over the brownie batter.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the pumpkin layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or dust with powdered sugar. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
