- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pistachio cream
- 1 cup kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)
- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fill the donut pan with batter and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Once baked, allow the donuts to cool slightly.
- Dip each donut into the melted milk chocolate and roll in kadayif.
- Pipe pistachio cream on top of each donut and serve warm.
