Description

Delightful Pistachio Bonbons featuring creamy pistachio filling, coated in smooth white chocolate, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g pistachios
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 10 g rose buds

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate until smooth, and transfer to piping bags.
  2. Pipe melted chocolate into silicone molds and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix grounded pistachios, desiccated coconut, and melted white chocolate until it forms a sticky mass.
  4. Fill chocolate-coated molds with the pistachio mixture, leaving a little space on top.
  5. Cover the filling with any remaining melted chocolate to seal the bonbons.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until stiff.
  7. Carefully remove the bonbons from the molds and decorate with rose buds.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
