Delightful Pistachio Bonbons featuring creamy pistachio filling, coated in smooth white chocolate, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients

- 200 g pistachios
- 200 g white chocolate
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 10 g rose buds
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate until smooth, and transfer to piping bags.
- Pipe melted chocolate into silicone molds and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix grounded pistachios, desiccated coconut, and melted white chocolate until it forms a sticky mass.
- Fill chocolate-coated molds with the pistachio mixture, leaving a little space on top.
- Cover the filling with any remaining melted chocolate to seal the bonbons.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until stiff.
- Carefully remove the bonbons from the molds and decorate with rose buds.
