- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, corn syrup, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything comes together.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- If desired, melt chocolate and coat the balls for added flavor and presentation.
- Place the pecan balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
