Description

Delightful no-bake pecan pie balls that capture the flavors of classic pecan pie in a fun, portable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, corn syrup, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything comes together.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. If desired, melt chocolate and coat the balls for added flavor and presentation.
