Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced pears with lemon juice.
  3. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), melted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  4. In a greased 8-inch square baking dish, layer the pears, then sprinkle the topping over them.
