Description

Delicious and easy Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies that are chewy and chocolatey, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the need to bake.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Before starting, lay out a large sheet of wax or parchment paper to set the cookies on.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until combined. Allow to simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract (if using), and salt, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in old-fashioned rolled oats until well combined and coated.
  5. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons onto the wax paper and let set for 20-30 minutes at room temperature until firm.
  6. Serve and enjoy every chewy bite!
