Delicious and easy Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies that are chewy and chocolatey, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the need to bake.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
- 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
- Before starting, lay out a large sheet of wax or parchment paper to set the cookies on.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until combined. Allow to simmer for 1 minute.
- Add creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract (if using), and salt, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in old-fashioned rolled oats until well combined and coated.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons onto the wax paper and let set for 20-30 minutes at room temperature until firm.
- Serve and enjoy every chewy bite!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer storage. These cookies can also be frozen for up to three months.
