Description

A creamy, dreamy Italian dessert that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 2.5 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod or vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add the soaked gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour into cups or molds of your choice.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fruit coulis or fresh berries.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality vanilla and allow for the panna cotta to fully set before serving.
