A creamy, dreamy Italian dessert that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 20 cl of milk
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 30 g of sugar
- 2.5 sheets of gelatin
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pod or vanilla powder
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add the soaked gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Pour into cups or molds of your choice.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fruit coulis or fresh berries.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality vanilla and allow for the panna cotta to fully set before serving.
