- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and salt, and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the apples are tender.
- Serve warm, optionally with whipped coconut cream or vanilla ice cream.
