A rich, chocolatey no-bake mousse cake made with Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Additional Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix it well until the cookies are evenly coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Whip the cream: In a large mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the cream cheese: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the mousse: Pour the mousse mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate the cake for at least 240 minutes or until it’s fully set.
- Serve: Sprinkle additional crushed Oreo cookies on top for garnish.
Notes
For best results, use cold ingredients and avoid overmixing when folding the cream.
