Description

Soft, chewy cookies infused with the bright flavor of orange and a hint of creamy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box cake mix (orange flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. If desired, fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of freshly grated orange zest to the dough. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for about a week, or frozen for 2-3 months.
