- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- If desired, fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of freshly grated orange zest to the dough. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for about a week, or frozen for 2-3 months.
