Ingredients

Scale
  • 800g Icing Sugar
  • 10 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Food Colouring (red, blue, and green)
  • 100g Softened Butter

  1. Cream together the softened butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
  2. Gradually add in the icing sugar until the mixture takes shape.
  3. Knead the mixture into a ball once it resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Divide the mixture into three balls and add food coloring to each, kneading to distribute the color.
  5. In a silicone baking tray, dot pieces of the colored mixture randomly, pressing down to fill gaps.
  6. Sprinkle with toppings and set in the freezer for about an hour or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
