Description

A delightful no-bake dessert layered with chocolate pudding, caramel, pecans, and whipped topping between graham crackers, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 container of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Layer the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish with graham crackers.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Layer half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with the whipped topping.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Garnish with extra chocolate sauce, drizzles of caramel, or a sprinkle of chopped pecans before serving.
