Description

A delicious, creamy, and refreshing no-bake strawberry cheesecake that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, then layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  5. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the strawberries, followed by the rest of the sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until firm and set.
  7. Once set, slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight before serving.
