- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, then layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the strawberries, followed by the rest of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until firm and set.
- Once set, slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight before serving.
