- 1 cup pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or nutty crust
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
- Layer half of the crushed graham crackers or nutty crust on the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crust evenly.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining crust and pudding mixture.
- Top with the chopped pistachios for added crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve in individual glass cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.
