Description

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of pistachio pudding, whipped cream, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or nutty crust
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Layer half of the crushed graham crackers or nutty crust on the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crust evenly.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining crust and pudding mixture.
  6. Top with the chopped pistachios for added crunch.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

For an extra touch, serve in individual glass cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.
