Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake bars combining creamy pistachio and a rich chocolate crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pistachio paste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in pistachio paste until combined.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a small bowl until soft peaks form, then fold it gently into the pistachio mixture.
  6. Spread the pistachio filling over the chocolate cookie base.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Prepare chocolate ganache and pour it over the set pistachio layer.
  9. Chill again until the ganache is firm.
  10. Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

Garnish with crushed pistachios or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra flavor and presentation.
