Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Begin by finely chopping the pecans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about one inch in diameter).
  6. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
