Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert that combines peanut butter with a crunchy cookie crust for a delicious sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • Nutter Butter cookies (for crust)
  • Butter (melted)
  • Cream cheese
  • Peanut butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the crust, smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
