Ingredients
- Nutter Butter cookies (for crust)
- Butter (melted)
- Cream cheese
- Peanut butter
- Powdered sugar
- Cool Whip or whipped cream
- Chocolate chips (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the crust, smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
