- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Extra Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
- Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine and Spread: Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until fully set.
- Serve: Remove from the springform pan, garnish with extra Oreo cookies and serve.
