- 1 cup boiling water
- 9-inch springform pan
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Make the Orange Jello: In a heat-proof bowl, combine orange jello powder and boiling water, whisking until combined. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Springform Pan: Spray the pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: Whip heavy cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Mixtures: Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold the rest into the cooled jello.
- Assemble the Layers: Spoon the cream cheese and jello mixtures into the crust alternately, swirling them together.
- Chill Time: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove the sides of the springform pan and serve with whipped cream and orange slices if desired.
