Description
A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of rich chocolate and refreshing mint Aero Bubbles.
Ingredients

- 175g milk chocolate (1 cup)
- 175g white chocolate (1 cup)
- A few drops of green food coloring
- 125g Mint Aero Bubbles
- 100g unsalted butter (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 100g golden syrup (1/3 cup)
- 200g digestive biscuits (1 2/3 cups)
- 150g dark chocolate (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
- 150g milk chocolate (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
- 125g Mint Aero Bubbles (for topping)
Instructions
- Grease and line an 8×8” square baking tin with baking paper.
- Crush the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and golden syrup over low-medium heat.
- Melt the dark chocolate and 150g of milk chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the butter and syrup in the saucepan.
- Add the crushed biscuits and mix until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking tin and smooth it down.
- Cool for about 30 minutes and press Aero Bubbles halfway into the biscuit layer.
- Melt the remaining milk chocolate and white chocolate in the microwave.
- Add green food coloring to the white chocolate and mix.
- Alternate spoonfuls of the milk and white chocolate over the traybake to create a marbled effect.
- Use a skewer to swirl through the chocolate for marbling.
- Refrigerate for about 5 minutes; then, top with remaining Aero Bubbles.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then slice and serve.
Notes
For added texture, consider including crushed nuts or mini marshmallows. Amp up mintiness with peppermint extract if desired.
