Instructions

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cashew butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl and chill the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Roll the chilled dough into small balls, about 20 bites.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until fully set, then store in an airtight container.
