Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in colorful chocolate candies, dried fruit, and any nuts or seeds you want to add for an extra crunch.
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture into the pan evenly, making sure it’s compact for a firmer texture.
- Refrigerate for about 120 minutes or until firm.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Pressing the mixture firmly helps the bars hold together once cut. Feel free to experiment with flavors and adjust sweetness to taste.
