Description

Delicious and healthy no-bake cookies made with Medjool dates and dark chocolate, perfect for a quick snack or dessert that’s guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Prep your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep the dates: Carefully split each date down the middle and remove the pit.
  3. Flattening the dates: Press each date down with a glass to flatten.
  4. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Combine and spread the chocolate mixture on top of each flattened date.
  6. Chill the cookies in the freezer or refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
