- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Prep your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep the dates: Carefully split each date down the middle and remove the pit.
- Flattening the dates: Press each date down with a glass to flatten.
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Combine and spread the chocolate mixture on top of each flattened date.
- Chill the cookies in the freezer or refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
