- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into a pie dish to form an even layer.
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar until creamy.
- Assemble the pie: Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
- Whip up the chocolate cream: In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the cocoa powder and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Top your pie: Spread or pipe the whipped chocolate cream generously over the filled pie.
- Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
