Description

Quick and easy no-bake protein bites that resemble brownie batter, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Optional: Roll the bites in cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts for added flavor.
  5. Store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you’re in the mood for a nutritious snack.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use smooth cottage cheese. Adjust sweetness to taste with honey or maple syrup. Customizable with mix-ins like dried fruits or nuts.
