Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Once chilled, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Optional: Roll the bites in cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts for added flavor.
