- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips with milk in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter filling.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
