- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, shredded coconut, melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over the milk chocolate chips and stir until smooth to create ganache.
- Dip each coconut ball into the ganache, ensuring they are fully coated, and place back on the tray.
- Refrigerate until the ganache is set, about 30 minutes.
