Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Toppings (e.g., cherry pie filling, blueberry pie filling, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham cracker crumbs and cheesecake mixture in serving cups until full, finishing with cheesecake on top.
