These Caramel Apple Pie Bombs feature gooey caramel and crisp apples wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 pieces of caramel candy
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cinnamon sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit. Top with a piece of caramel candy.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce. Leftover bombs can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
