- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate ganache (prepared separately)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, place a teaspoon of ganache in the center, and fold the dough over to seal it.
- Arrange the stuffed cookies on the prepared baking sheet with space in between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but centers are soft.
- Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
