Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate ganache (prepared separately)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, place a teaspoon of ganache in the center, and fold the dough over to seal it.
  7. Arrange the stuffed cookies on the prepared baking sheet with space in between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but centers are soft.
  9. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
