- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
- Zest of 1–2 limes (to taste)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon about two tablespoons of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each mason jar, pressing it down to create a firm base.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until blended.
- Spoon a layer of the lime filling over the crust in each jar, repeating layers until the jars are full.
- Place filled jars in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Garnish with lime zest or whipped cream before serving.
