Instructions
- Start by whipping the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar in another bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest, beating until fully combined.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together in a separate bowl until crumbly.
- Layer the ingredients in mason jars starting with a graham cracker crust layer, followed by the creamy key lime filling.
- Repeat the process until the jar is filled, finishing with the cream layer on top.
- Cover each jar and place them in the fridge for at least two hours to set.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest if desired.

For best results, chill the desserts for adequate time and use fresh lime juice for a brighter flavor.
