Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar in another bowl, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest, beating until fully combined.
  4. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together in a separate bowl until crumbly.
  5. Layer the ingredients in mason jars starting with a graham cracker crust layer, followed by the creamy key lime filling.
  6. Repeat the process until the jar is filled, finishing with the cream layer on top.
  7. Cover each jar and place them in the fridge for at least two hours to set.
  8. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest if desired.
