- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Press into the center of each cookie dough ball to create a well.
- Fill each well with jam.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
