- 1 ripe mango, pureed
- Fresh mango chunks for topping

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well until fully combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens.
- Layer the chia pudding and pureed mango in cups or bowls.
- Top with fresh mango chunks and mint leaves, then serve cold.
Notes
Store the pudding cups tightly sealed in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Add fresh fruits just before serving.
