Description

Delicious homemade Date Snickers filled with peanut butter and covered in dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • Sea salt (a pinch)

Instructions

  1. Slice the Medjool dates open to remove the pit, forming a pocket for the filling.
  2. Fill each date pocket with a spoonful of peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until silky smooth.
  4. Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated.
  5. Place dipped dates on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate sets.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
