Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
- Sea salt (a pinch)
Instructions
- Slice the Medjool dates open to remove the pit, forming a pocket for the filling.
- Fill each date pocket with a spoonful of peanut butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until silky smooth.
- Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated.
- Place dipped dates on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
