- 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 to 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Remove the pits from the dates.
- Blend until creamy: In your blender, combine the banana chunks, peanut butter, dates, cocoa powder, and yogurt. Blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust: Give it a taste and add another date if more sweetness is needed.
- Pour into popsicle molds: Spoon or pour the mixture into molds, yielding about 8–10 popsicles.
- Freeze: Place molds in the freezer for at least 240–360 minutes, or until completely frozen.
