Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Make the cream filling: Combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add lemon juice and zest, folding gently.

- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 180 minutes, until set and firm.
