Description

Delightful layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and nuts make these 7 Layer Bars a sweet treat perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown.
  6. Cool completely in the dish before slicing into squares.

Notes

These bars can be served warm with ice cream or drizzled with chocolate/caramel. They store well at room temperature, in the fridge, or can be frozen for up to three months.
