- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the baking dish to form a crust.
- Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown.
- Cool completely in the dish before slicing into squares.
Notes
These bars can be served warm with ice cream or drizzled with chocolate/caramel. They store well at room temperature, in the fridge, or can be frozen for up to three months.
